2. What the site is for
The site describes the website, ecommerce and marketing services we offer to wineries. We do not sell wine or alcohol through this site.
3. Our services are covered by separate agreements
Nothing on this site is an offer or a contract. Prices, packages, timelines and descriptions are general information and starting points. Any work we do for you is governed by a separate written agreement (such as a proposal or statement of work) signed by both sides. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement wins.
A free site audit is offered at our discretion and does not create any obligation for either side.
4. Using the site
You agree not to:
- use the site for anything unlawful
- send spam, malware or false information through our forms
- try to break, overload or get unauthorised access to the site or its systems
- copy or scrape the site's content in bulk, including to train software, without our written permission
5. Our content and brand
The site's text, design, images, video, logos and the WolfxWine and WolfxTech names belong to WolfxTech LLC or the people who licensed them to us. You may view the site and share links to it. You may not copy, change, sell or reuse the content or brand without our written permission.
Names of third-party platforms (such as Commerce7, WineDirect, Shopify or Tock) belong to their owners. We mention them to describe what we work with. Mentioning them does not mean those companies endorse us.
6. Information on the site
We work to keep the site accurate and up to date, but we provide it "as is". Journal articles and other content are general information, not legal, compliance, tax or shipping advice. Rules on alcohol sales, shipping, age verification and privacy differ by country and state. Check with your own advisers and compliance providers before you act.
To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties about the site, including that it will be available, free of errors or free of viruses.
7. Links to other sites
The site links to other websites and services, such as Calendly and wolfxtech.com. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices. Their own terms and policies apply.
8. Limits on our liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or business, arising from your use of the site. Because the site is free to use, our total liability to you for any claim about the site is limited to USD 100.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for gross negligence or wilful misconduct where the law does not allow it to be excluded. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA, and the courts located in Pennsylvania have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection of mandatory laws of the country where you live, or your right to bring a claim in your local courts.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page, with its effective date, is the one that applies.
